Business organizes local food drive

Kristian Cole Team has organized a food drive to help fill the shelves at Mat-Su Valley food pantries. Help the team help others by donating non-perishable food at the office at 5131 E. Mayflower Lane, Wasilla. For more information, contact 373-3575.

Hospice seeks volunteers

Mat-Su Regional Hospice is in need of volunteers to work with terminally ill patients and their families. There are not enough volunteers in the program to meet an increasing and desperate need in the community. Volunteers can help families by enrolling in a special training scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., April 10 to 12. Pre-registration is required.
