ALASKA STATE TROOPERS
November 23 at 2:09 a.m., AST arrested 55-year-old Melvin George of Tazlina at the Hub gas station in Glennallen on two counts of VCOR. George was taken to GTP.
November 24 at 3:47 p.m., AST issued a summons to 78-year-old Ronald Cooper of Wasilla for Theft 4 at Three Bears in Palmer.
November 24 at 12:58 p.m., AST arrested 37-year-old Timothy Johnson of Palmer with the assistance of PPD. Johnson had an active warrant and was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest and three counts of Assault 3 on a LEO. Johnson was taken to MSPT.
November 24 at 7:28 p.m., AST in Glennallen arrested 63-year-old Jeffery Lynn Johnson of Glennallen for DUI. Johnson was taken to GTP.
November 24 at 9:38 p.m., AST cited 32-year-old Robert Alvord of Wasilla following a traffic stop near Knik-Goose Bay Road in Wasilla. Alvord was charged with DUI and Refusal and released to a sober party.
July 30, AST received a complaint from Wasilla that 36-year-old Gabriel Donnelly of Anchorage was inappropriately touching minors. On November 25 at 11:25 a.m., Donnelly was arrested and charged with two counts of SAM 1, two counts of SAM 2 and four counts of harassment 2 and taken to MSPT.
November 25 at 9:15 a.m., AST arrested 35-year-old Sharon Chilton of Wasilla on active warrants. Chilton had warrants for False Information, MICS 5, Promoting Contraband 1 and three VCOR warrants. Chilton was taken to MSPT on $7,500 bail.
November 25 at 7:04 a.m., AST summonsed 58-year-old Dyke Thomas of Wasilla following a report of suspicious individuals near North Sasbo Bluff Loop in Wasilla. Thomas was charged with DUI and MIW 4 and released O/R.
November 26 at 4:20 p.m., AST with the CSU arrested 56-year-old Kevin Cabana following a traffic enforcement stop in Big Lake. Cabana had an active warrant and was taken to MSPT.
November 26 at 7:20 p.m., AST with the CSU arrested 25-year-old Kyle Ray of Wasilla following a traffic enforcement stop. Ray had two outstanding warrants and was taken to MSPT.
November 27 at 10:35 a.m., AST arrested 22-year-old Kyle Matson-Lashure of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Matson-Lashure had stolen multiple vehicles and property valued at about $500,000. Matson-Lashure was charged with two counts of Vehicle Theft 2, two counts of Criminal Mischief 3, Theft 1, Theft 2, Felonies relating to misrepresentation of a vehicle and Criminal Trespass 1 and taken to MSPT without bail.
November 28 at 12:48 a.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Anthony Taranto of Wasilla following a report of a dangerous vehicle at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. Taranto was charged with Felony DUI, Felony Refusal and MIW 4 and taken to MSPT without bail.
November 28, AST received a report of assault in Wasilla. At 9:38 p.m., 47-year-old Curtis Malcuit of Wasilla was arrested on charges of Assault 2 and Assault 3 and taken to MSPT.
November 29 at 1:50 a.m., AST summonsed 33-year-old Jessica Alexie of Anchorage following a traffic stop for a moving violation near the Palmer-Wasilla Highway. Alexie was charged with DUI and Refusal, issued a citation and released O/R.
November 29 at 2:05 a.m., AST arrested one man and cited others following a report of a theft in progress on East Blue Lupine Road in Wasilla. AST stopped the suspect vehicle containing Steven Bennett, Ronald Kerr, Skyler Marsh and Moriah STrong. Strong, Kerr, and Bennett were issued misdemeanor citations on charges of Criminal Trespassing 1 and Theft 3 and Marsh was taken to MSPT on charges of VCOR, Criminal Trespassing 1, Theft 3.
November 29 at 10:56 p.m., AST arrested 30-year-old Sterling Nielsen of Wasilla following a reported disturbance near Roosevelt Drive at Settler’s Bay Drive in Wasilla. Nielsen was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.
November 30 at 8:15 a.m., AST arrested 41-year-old Hawley Crawford after followup on a previous investigation on South Twilight Drive in Wasilla. Crawford had an outstanding warrant for FTA on the O/C of Improper Use of Plates and taken to MSPT on $100 bail.
November 30 at 9:13 p.m., AST in Soldotna arrested 28-year-old Robert Rayce Craig of Wasilla following a single vehicle crash. Craig was charged with Felony DUI and two counts of MICS 4 and taken to WCC.
ALASKA WILDLIFE TROOPERS
November 25 at 11:40 a.m., AWT in Big Lake arrested 38-year-old Kristopher Simpson on Burma Road. Simpson had two outstanding arrest warrants and was taken to MSPT on $750 bail.
