WASILLA — Three men were arrested following a high-speed chase in Wasilla on Wednesday night. Alaska State Troopers received a report of a dangerous driver in a Jeep Wrangler, and following a high-speed chase, 44-year-old Shad Millhouse parked the vehicle on Cottle Loop in Wasilla and the vehicle’s three occupants fled on foot into nearby RV’s. AST and Wasilla Police were able to arrest Millhouse, 45-year-old Dzevad Ismailovski, and 49-year-old Christian Gearhart, all out of Anchorage, on existing warrants, and added charges from the chase.
Millhouse had a $20,000 cash warrant for failure to appear at a probation accountability with certain enforcement hearing stemming from an original charge of misconduct involving controlled substances in the fourth degree. Millhouse picked up new charges of driving under the influence, felony eluding and assault in the third degree following the chase on Wednesday. Millhouse was taken to Mat-Su Pretrial with additional bail monies to be set at his arraignment.
Ismailovski failed to report to probations on the original charge of first degree vehicle theft, misconduct involving a weapon in the third degree and MICS in the fourth degree. Ismailovski was taken to MSPT on $1,000 cash only bail.
Gearhart also failed to appear at his hearing on the original charge of vehicle theft in the first degree and was taken to MSPT on $5,000 cash only bail.
