WASILLA — The schedule is set for the Northern Lights Conference Championships soccer tournaments, which begin Thursday at Kenai Central High School in Kenai.
Teams from Colony and Wasilla earned top seeds in the tourney.
Colony is the No. 1 seed from the NLC North on the boys’ bracket. The undefeated Knights will face Homer, the South’s No. 4 seed, Thursday at 1 p.m. Wasilla, the North’s No. 1 in the girls’ bracket, meets Skyview at 1 p.m.
Eight matches are scheduled for Thursday. The first round is single elimination, with the final four teams from each bracket playing for the NLC’s three berths to the ASAA state tournament.
