My ancestors traveled over this Sutton-Moose Creek area for millennia. During World War I coal-mining forced us out of our home by the Chickaloon River. I do not wish to see destruction happening in my homeland again. I grew up in this area from the 1940s to current times, and I wish to see this beautiful land protected from raping and pillaging by the newcomers known as Usibelli Coal Mining Co., or any other mining company.
