No injuries were reported when a school bus bound for Teeland Middle School collided with a minivan on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway on Thursday afternoon.

The accident took place directly in front of the Frontiersman building on the busy main road between Palmer and Wasilla. The minivan ended up in the ditch and was later towed from the scene while the bus was able to drive away.

The accident is at least the second involving a school bus in the Mat-Su since school began on August 17.
