I noticed that a Sutton man has been indicted for striking a motorcyclist and causing his death. I’ve known the man for 37 years and there is no more responsible person than he (the truck driver). My question to the district attorney is what’s the difference between an “accident” and “intentional” behavior?
A 34-year-old caused the death of two prominent senior citizens recently, so that’s not manslaughter? Oh, that’s an accident. Duh. I’d write to the DA’s office, but they wouldn’t respond. You see, I’m one of the “little people.”
