On my way, again!

ok…so i'm looking at the community blog entries for this year's Trim to Win contest and there aren't any! Wow. Maybe i am the only one out here slogging away to the pot o' gold. That would be great for me, no doubt, but not much fun. A bit of healthy competition is always a good thing. Actually I have a family member or two who are vying with me to sweep this year's contest, they just haven't accepted that i will be first place! I was the first to blog last year too…and yes I was a part of Trim to Win last year. I didn't lose my weight and I didn't even do the final weigh-in, knowing i didn't have a chance to win. This year, no matter the outcome i will do the final weigh-in. It is good to mark our progress or lack thereof, if we are truly seeking a healthier fitter lifestyle. I hope to post a blog or two along the way…we are almost a month into the contest…a good time to take stock and ramp it up!
