One driver entrapped on KGB after accident

Two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision on Knik-Goose Bay Road at mile 1.5 on Saturday afternoon. According to Mat-Su Borough Deputy Director of Emergency Services Ken Barkley, one person has been transported to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, and another was entrapped in their vehicle.

KGB was not closed after the accident, but authorities advise that drivers should drive with extreme caution as winter conditions have made roads extremely slick.
