One week down

A week into this challenge and I am more motivated than ever. Not only do I feel better by cutting out snacks and cocktails, but was excited to see a 2.6 % loss on the scale this morning. I stepped on it 6 times, trying to sneak up on the scale, to see if it would be different. I checked the dial setting, still set at +1 lb. to match the weigh in. I don’t completely trust the $20 scale, but another week should prove the rate that I’m loosing. What I learned this week:

My pets all snore. (I woke up a lot more at night for the first 3 nights)

I can’t drink 10 – 8 oz servings of water a day. I just can’t.

Wheat Thins are 10 calories apiece and really very good if you eat them slowly.

Smelling an empty Christmas Chocolate box is heaven.

Yogi “Stress Relief” tea almost tastes like chocolate.

Wine or no wine I still want to sleep until 9 am.

Without wine TV is really boring even with cable. Really, there is nothing on.
