Oops, I did it again…

HI everyone, how are things today? I went to the gym last night. Woo hoo! I walked on the treadmill for about 25 minutes. It was fun playing with the incline, making things a bit more challenging. It is always hard to get in the car and go, but don’t we ALWAYS feel better when we do?

I’m about halfway through week 2 of the new Atkins plan. There is a much bigger emphasis on vegetables than there used to be, so it seems like healthier plan. I’m not losing weight as quickly as I have the past, though. Still, my pants are a bit looser and I’m not ready to give up. The other night I made a terrific Atkins recipe for chicken in a tarragon cream sauce; I will try to remember to post it here for anyone else doing a low carb plan. Tonight will be king crab – ha, you can’t go wrong with that!
