If you’re more of an outdoor lights kind of a person than a Christmas Village enthusiast, people who commented on the Frontiersman’s Facebook page recommend these homes for gawking at lights:
• Rose Garden Circle just off Pope’s Road off the Springer System in Palmer. There are two log cabins there — the only two homes on the road — that are decorated each year.
• Tennyson Court off of Knik-Goose Bay Road. A home there has lights synched to music.
• Old Knik Road. The home in question is described as a “little stone cottage.”
• Just up Sunset Avenue off Knik-Goose Bay Road. The commenter used both “beautiful” and “gorgeous” to describe the display.
• Josh Drive in Palmer has a home that always goes “all out in amazing.”
If you know of a house that’s not on this list but deserves to be, e-mail news@frontiersman.com.
