Outdoorsman Show was a pleasure

This past weekend my husband and I attended the 2012 Mat-Su Outdoorsman Show at the Curtis D. Menard Memorial Sports Center.

It was such a pleasure! Tony Russ has done an excellent job growing the Outdoorsman Show. It was wonderful to have vendors and classes right here in Wasilla.

I must say the prizes offered by the vendors were very high quality. My husband won a flightseeing and picnic trip to Lake George from Wasilla-based Sky Trekking Alaska valued at $275. I am so excited! We are looking forward to the trip. As a bonus, the trip also is scheduled for the same day as our 23rd wedding anniversary.

Thank you, Tony Russ. Your hard work has created a quality event for our community’s enjoyment and education. Thank you to the vendors for your participation and quality prizes.
