Pair arrested for theft, hindering apprehension

Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence near Mile 1, Clark Wolverine Road in Palmer at 11:30 p.m., Dec. 30 to locate and arrest Steven J. Meier, 41, of Wasilla, on an outstanding $2,500 misdemeanor arrest warrant for Vehicle Theft I.

During the service of this arrest warrant, Michelle A. Guerriero, 44, of Palmer, hindered his apprehension. Both subjects were arrested at the residence without incident and remanded to MSPT. Meier was held on the $2,500 bail while bail was set at $5,000 for Guerriero.
