PALMER — Junior Christian Odom was 7-for-8 from the free-throw line during the fourth quarter and helped Palmer preserve a 50-42 win over the Lathrop Malemutes at Palmer High School on Thursday.
Odom, junior Sean Niekamp and senior Kyle Titus each scored a team-high 11 points for the Moose during the nonconfernece win.
Senior Brennan Bohman added nine points.
Palmer trailed 26-17 at halftime, but used a 19-4 third-quarter run to take the lead.
Earlier in the evening, Karissa Brandenburg scored five of her team-high 12 points in the fourth quarter to lead Palmer to a 44-43 girls basketball win over Lathrop.
Anna Koehn nailed a trio of three-pointers and scored 10 points for the Moose.
