The Palmer Moose used a strong second half to earn a 50-45 girls basketball win over rival Colony Tuesday night at Colony High School.
Palmer’s Lily Anderson scored a game-high 18 points in the win, including a dozen in the second half. Liv Solis added eight for Palmer.
Alycia Shelley led Colony with 14 points. Hallie Clark scored nine for the Knights.
The Colony boys forced the varsity series split with a 73-44 win over the Moose.
Jayce Underwood led Colony with a game-high 20 points. Kash Luce scored 18 points. Blake Dinkel added 13.
Kael Galliher led Palmer with 15 points. Arin Mathis added eight.
The Colony boys edged Soldotna 59-58 on Feb. 12.
Harvey Pullen led Colony with 17 points. Underwood scored 14. Dinkel added 10.
Earlier in the day, the Colony girls beat the Stars 67-34.
Clark scored 21 points. Emma Hopkins finished with 17.
The Colony girls also beat SoHi 55-32 on Feb. 11.
Clark led the Knights with 20. Shelley had 14.
The Colony boys beat the Stars 60-37.
Underwood scored 16 and Pullen added 10.
