PALMER — The Palmer Moose opened with a 14-5 run and cruised to a 64-38 nonconference win over Eagle River Thursday night at Palmer High School.
Abriana Busbey led Palmer with a game-best 21 points. The senior hit a pair of threes and was 7 of 10 from the free throw line. Catherine Uschmann and Ellyse Russell added eight each.
ACS girls get past Wasilla
Anchorage Christian School scored a 75-42 nonconference girls basketball victory over Wasilla Tuesday night in Anchorage.
Bella Hayes led Wasilla with 11 points and 15 rebounds. Megan Alley hit a pair of threes and chipped in 10.
Su Valley boys top Redington
Susitna Valley posted a 65-47 nonconference win over Redington Tuesday at Redington.
Wayde Bowman led Redington with 10 points.
