Palmer scored five unanswered goals to score an 8-3 win over the Kenai Central Kardinals during the semifinal round of the North Star Conference hockey tournament at the Curtis C. Menard II Memorial Ice Arena on Friday. With the win, Palmer earns its first state tournament berth in 13 years.
