WASILLA — A 55-year-old Palmer resident, Terry Tomlinson, was arrested for kidnapping, first-degree sexual assault, and second-degree assault Jan. 8.
According to an online dispatch post, Alaska State Troopers responded to a call made by an adult female reporting that she had been sexually assaulted by Tomlinson in his vehicle.
Troopers conducted preliminary interviews, and ABI responded for a SART exam and search warrant.
Tomlinson was arrested with one count of Kidnapping, one count of Sexual Assault in the First Degree, and two counts of Assault in the Second Degree.
AST indicated that the investigation is on-going.
