A Palmer team is dead following a head-on collision near Mile 15 of the Old Glenn Highway Tuesday afternoon, according to the Alaska State Troopers.
Devin Miller, 18, was declared dead at the scene. AST responded to the accident at about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday. A 2001 Daewoo driven by Miller collided with another vehicle, according to troopers, and a passenger in that vehicle was transported via LifeMed helicopter with life-threatening injuries.
Troopers said the investigation is ongoing.
