PALMER — A Palmer woman has been indicted by a grand jury and charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree and two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, according to the Alaska State Troopers.
Josie Murphy, 34, is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Palmer Courthouse. Murphy turned herself into troopers on Jan. 28, according to troopers.
