WASILLA — A paroled burglar had been drinking when he peed out the passenger door of an Oldsmobile parked in the roadway on Bogard Road, Alaska State Troopers allege.
According to a trooper press statement, at 10:48 p.m., March 30 troopers pulled up on the 2004 Oldsmobile sedan near Zakandra Circle.
“Troopers observed the vehicle parked in the roadway with a male urinating from the passenger’s door,” according to the press statement.
The passenger was identified as Rueben Fielder, 26, of Wasilla, who is on parole for a 2008-09 string of commercial burglaries in Palmer and Wasilla. One of the conditions of his probation was that he not drink. Troopers allege he’d been drinking that night. He was jailed without bail for violating probation.
