Hopefully the Palmer City Council will pass an ordinance to make Palmer smoke-free in businesses and all public places.
Smokers are addicted to the properties in tobacco and there is a compulsive use despite damage to the individual or society. Being an ex-smoker I know this as a fact.
People deserve the right to clean air as well as they deserve the right to clean water, which is regulated by the government for our safety.
