Just wanted to send you a note to sincerely thank you for your service and kind attitude in what could have been a computer nightmare for me.
Your promptness and willingness to make a service call to enable me to continue a business presentation was tremendous. I was really freaking out and you saved me. Plus, your helpfulness and willingness to work with me even financially the next day to make sure all future presentations will be good with a new laptop was equally impressive, especially knowing I could not be a year-round customer — and all of this for an outsider.
I feel like an Alaskan, and that is a big thing for a proud Texan to say. I have worked up here now the two last summers, and people like you make Alaska feel just like home. I wish you all well and a prosperous year. I will have to look long and hard to find good service people like you, even in Texas.
I certainly would recommend you and your business (Computer Renaissance of Wasilla) to the people of Wasilla and elsewhere. You are honest and fair. Please call me for anything if you are ever in Texas.
