• Rebecca Steele-Mackey of Wasilla earned a letter for participating in soccer during the 2014-2015 academic year at Central Methodist University, Fayette, Missouri. As a member of the team, she was one of more than 300 student-athletes at CMU to be recognized for athletic accomplishments during the year. Steele-Mackey is a freshman studying biology.
• Wendell Harren, son of Suzanne Chapelle and Richard Harren of Wasilla, graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in economics from Saint John’s University, Collegeville, Minnesota.
• Connor Michael Devine of Wasilla was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2015 semester at South Dakota State University, Brookings, South Dakota.
Collin Christiansen of Palmer was inducted into the Omega Lambda chapter of Alpha Psi Omega, a theatre national honor society, at Concordia University, Seward, Nebraska.
• Air Force Airman Kade D. Hansen graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. A 2010 graduate of Cokeville High School, Cokeville, Wyoming, he is the son of Perry Hansen of Wasilla, and Kathy Taylor of Cokeville, Wyoming. He is the grandson of Edward Hansen of Green River, Utah, husband of Kari L. Hansen, and the son-in-law of Pamela and Howard Stubbs of Leamington, Utah.
• Taylor Asher of Talkeetna graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Keene State College.
• Cy Ketchum of Chickaloon graduated with distinction with a bachelor of science degree in aerospace engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts.
