Scott-Estes announce engagement

Anchorage residents Rachel Scott and Justin Estes have announced their engagement, and have set a June 2018 wedding date.

Scott, a CMA at Hillside Family Medicine, is the daughter of Ammie and Shane Chamberlain of Tyler, Texas.

Estes, a customer service agent at Lynden Air Cargo, is the son of Mike and Shara Estes of Vancouver, Washington.

The couple plan a June 23, 2018, wedding.

Bailey-Carter set August 2018 wedding date

Wasilla residents Samantha Bailey and Steven Carter have announced their engagement, and have planned an August 2018 wedding.

Bailey, a student, is the daughter of Kimala Mitchell of Kenai. She a graduate of Farmington High School.

Carter, a graduate of Colony High School, is employed as a Hazmat specialist. He is the son of Steve Carter and Denise Sewell of Palmer.

The couple has planned the wedding for 4 p.m. August 4, 2018, at Snow Fire Gardens.
