Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Anchorage resident Philip Eugene Teremi, 39, died March 16, 2002, at his mother's home in Wasilla, from porphyria and pancreatitis.
A private memorial and gathering of family and friends will be held.
Mr. Teremi was born Aug. 2, 1963, at Elmendorf Air Force Base.
He graduated from Palmer High School in 1981, and served in the U.S. Navy from 1981 to 1983. He lived in Wasilla from 1976 to 1978, in Palmer from 1978 to 1981 and in Anchorage since 1983.
He was employed as a computer programmer for Time Frame Inc. in Anchorage.
Survivors are his mother, Ruth Graham and her spouse, Ted; father, James Teremi; brother, James Teremi; sister, Darlene Mielke and her husband, Kris, all of Wasilla; sister, Kathryn Anderson and her husband, Cliff, of Florida; niece, Serra, and nephew, Chase, of Wasilla; and niece, Aerial, and nephews, David, O'Ryan and Marcus, all of Florida.
Arrangements were made by Valley Funeral Home & Crematory.
