On Nov. 11, 12 girls from the Valley showed that they can be modest -- Beautifully Modest.

The Beautifully Modest Fashion Show was organized by Dani Cox, a Palmer High School junior.

She was a part of the National Design Team, where she learned things such as how to put together the fashion show in Orem, Utah.

She organized 12 students and put together a fashion show of prom dresses for the 100 attendees at the show.

"The young girls had a blast being confident and being a part of something they believe in," Cox wrote. "In our culture today, young women are bombarded with immodesty.

"And for those young people, there is little alternative beside to make your own," Cox wrote.

At the show, the prom dresses were provided by Allyse's Bridal/Beautifully Modest.

The pictures were done by Tracey Dean and Vanessa Campbell. Hair was done by Summer Evans, while Campbell handled the makeup.
