Palmer Junior Middle school continued its 15-year tradition of serving a delicious Christmas meal to all of the students and staff, just prior to the holiday break in December. Former PJMS principal Gene Stone started this heart-warming tradition in 2010 to make sure every student experienced joy and a sense of belonging during the Christmas season. The menu this holiday season featured 11 turkeys, four hams, 20 cans of fresh orange cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, 550 cookies, 30 pies and 16 cans of whipped cream! Miss Alaska 2025, Suparet Prasannet, helped serve food with Ryan Geagel, Chris Miller and Cheryl Nichols. Palmer Junior Middle School plans on continuing this tradition for years to come!
