Please, plow the paths

To the editor:

Would the municipalities of Anchorage and Wasilla please splurge and plow the walking paths alongside Parks Highway and Eagle River Road, for safety’s sake?

Have they no respect for independent men and women who choose not to yoke themselves with a crippling dependency on the oil and extortion (um, I mean “insurance”) industries? I may be in the minority here, but I am doing the right thing as an American. I am far from the only one. I hope that you choose to do the right thing as well.
