Alaska State Troopers
January 15, AST received a report of a sexual assault and investigated the assault that occurred on January 13. Trooper investigation revealed that 33-year-old Alec Kameroff of Willow assaulted and sexually assaulted a family member while in the Kenai area and physically assaulted a second family member. Kameroff was arrested and on January 29, a Kenai Grand Jury indicted Kameroff on two counts of Sexual Assault 1, three counts of Sexual Assualt 2 and Assault 3. On January 29, a Palmer Grand Jury indicted Kameroff for two counts of Assault 3.
January 25, AST investigated an incident involving shots fired on West Dean Drive in Wasilla. On January 31, AST arrested 37-year-old Kristopher Simpson of Wasilla for Criminal Mischief 3 (DV) and MIWS 3. Simpson was taken to MSPT.
January 31 at 12:30 a.m., AST arrested 49-year-old Cynthia Fowler of Palmer for Assault 4 (DV) following a report of a domestic disturbance at the Fox Run RV Park near Palmer. Fowler was taken to MSPT.
January 31 at 1:01 p.m., AST arrested 58-year-old Tracy Norman of Anchorage following a suspicious male near Fairview Loop and Yukon Circle in Wasilla. Norman was arrested on an active felony warrant for Burglary 2 and Theft 2. Norman was additionally charged with MICS 5 and taken to MSPT.
January 31 at 7:54 p.m., AST arrested 25-year-old Andrew Burroughs of Anchorage for DUI and MIW 4 following a traffic stop on Valley Way for a moving violation. Burroughs was taken to MSPT.
January 31 at 10:25 p.m., AST arrested 27-year-old Christian Vignes of Wasilla for DUI following a vehicle in the ditch near mile 49 of the Parks Highway. Vignes was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
February 1 at 4:55 a.m., AST arrested 36-year-old Jackie Scouller of Wasilla for Criminal Mischief 5 (DV). Scouller was taken to MSPT without bail.
February 1 at 1:34 a.m., AST arrested 21-year-old Kurtis Schultz of Wasilla following a report of a vehicle in the ditch. Schultz was charged with DUI and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and taken to MSPT where he was released O/R.
February 1 at 3:40 p.m., AST arrested 32-year-old Crystal Snider of Wasilla on two warrants for VCOR and FTA on the O/C of DUI. Snider was taken to MSPT.
February 1 at 1:10 a.m., AST arrested 52-year-old Clayton Davis of Palmer on an active warrant following a report of suspicious activity in Butte. Davis was taken to MSPT on $1,000 bail.
February 1 at 10:11 p.m., AST arrested 44-year-old Michael Manning following a disturbance on Elsinore Avenue in Wasilla. Manning was charged with MIW 3, MIW 4, DUI, DWLR and MICS 4 and taken to MSPT without bail.
February 2 at 7:15 a.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Antonia Commack of Wasilla for DUI, Refusal and MIW 5 following a vehicle in the ditch near Donovan Drive in Wasilla. Commack was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
February 2 at 12:56 p.m., AST arrested 61-year-old Gary Brandon of Talkeetna for Assault 3 (DV) and Assault 4 (DV) following an assault after the fact in Talkeetna. Brandon was taken to MSPT without bail.
February 2 at 11:25 a.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Travis Schenker of Wasilla on an active FTA warrant on the O/C of Burglary 1, Theft 4 and Criminal Mischief 4 and two other warrants for VCOR and Probation Violation at Three Bears on Pittman Road. Schenker was taken to MSPT on $3,000 bail.
February 3 at 2:10 p.m., AST arrested 40-year-old Matthew Lundy of Wasilla for Criminal Trespass 1 and Theft 3 following suspicious activity at a vacant property near Schrock Road. Lundy was taken to MSPST and released O/R.
February 3 at 9:45 p.m., AST arrested 43-year-old Brandee Stone of Wasilla for Assault 4 (DV) following a disturbance on Captain Circle in Wasilla. Stone was taken to MSPT without bail. February 3 at 3:43 p.m., AST arrested 37-year-old Amy Childers of Wasilla following a single vehicle rollover near South Bearpaw Circle in Wasilla. Childers was charged with DUI and Refusal and taken to MSPT.
February 4 at 9:08 p.m., AST received a report that a male had stolen $1,300 in Kline jackets and a backpack from Fish Creek Sales on Columbus Way in Wasilla and fled in a green Plymouth Voyager.
February 4 at 9:20 p.m., AST arrested 33-year-old Steven Peldo of Big Lake on an outstanding FTA warrant on the O/C of Theft 4 at MSRMC. Peldo was taken to MSPT on $100 cash cail.
February 4 at 6:12 p.m., AST arrested 35-year-old Lloyd “Cody” Ives of Wasilla following a reported disturbance near West Halston Avenue. Ives was arrested on a warrant for FTA on the O/C of Reckless Driving and taken to MSPT on $2,000 bail.
February 5 at 2:45 a.m., AST and PPD arrested 30-year-old Florence Hicks of Kenny Lake with the assistance of PPD following a disturbance. Hicks was charged with Assault 4, Criminal Mischief 5 and Harassment 1 and taken to MSPT without bail.
Alaska Wildlife Troopers
January 30, AWT issued a summons to 28-year-old Rissell Vierra of Wasilla for DWLR following a traffic stop for an equipment violation.
January 30 at 11:28 a.m., AWT issued a summons to 50-year-old Raquel Thompson of Wasilla for NVOL.

January 3 at 5:38 p.m., AST BHP arrested 37-year-old Robert Dean Jr., of Eagle River for DUI following a traffic stop on the Parks Highway and Hermon Road. Dean Jr., was taken to MSPT.
January 4 at 5:20 p.m., AST BHP arrested 27-year-old Gabriel Douglas of Wasilla on an active FTA warrant out of Anchorage. Douglas was taken to Anchorage Jail with the assistance of APD.
Palmer Police Department
January 28, PPD issued a summons to 33-year-old Lacy Sanders of Palmer for Failure to Stop for a School Bus.
January 28, PPD issued a summons to 22-year-old Andrew Trout of Palmer for Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
January 29, PPD charged 33-year-old Trent White of Palmer with Criminal Trespass 2 through the DAO.
January 29, PPD issued a summons to 18-year-old Cameron Casey of Palmer for Theft 4 and Criminal Trespass 2.
January 30, PPD issued a summons to 29-year-old Rosebud Sweeney of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 2.
January 30, PPD arrested 22-year-old Raven Evan of Palmer on a $1,000 FTA warrant on the O/C OF Assault 4 and a second $1,000 warrant for FTA on the O/C of Assault 4. Evan was taken to MSPT.
February 1, PPD arrested 31-year-old Jerica Levick of South Berwick, ME for DUI. Levick was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.
February 1, PPD arrested 41-year-old Kristine Dibartolo of Wasilla for DUI. Dibartolo was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
February 2, PPD arrested 61-year-old Diana Flanigan of Palmer for Drunken Person on Licensed Premise. Flanigan was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
January 2, PPD arrested 61-year-old Linnus DePriest of Palmer for Criminal Trespass 2. DePriest was taken to MSPT and released O/R.
Wasilla Police Department
January 22 at 6:00 p.m., WPD arrested 22-year-old Tanner Hooks of Wasilla at Walmart on an outstanding warrant for FTA on the O/C of Theft 4. Hooks was taken to MSPT.
January 24, WPD received a report from First Student that 21-year-old Angela Nice of Wasilla had run a red light and collided with a school bus. Nice was cited on charges of Leave the Scene of an Accident.
January 31, WPD arrested 29-year-old Christopher Anderson of Wasilla on three warrants for FTA on the O/C of Assault 4, MICS 2 and FTS. Anderson was taken to MSPT.
February 1 at 10:57 p.m., WPD arrested 62-year-old Steven Smith of Wasilla for Disorderly Conduct. Smith was taken to MSPT.
February 1 at 4:40 a.m., WPD arrested 28-year-old Jarin Howard of Shageluk at the Mugshot Saloon. Howard had an outstanding warrant for Assault 4 and was taken to MSPT.
