Alaska State Troopers

February 19 at 5:43 p.m., AST arrested 41-year-old Jeffery Stephens, 37-year-old Casey James and 36-year-old William Johnson, all of Wasilla following a report of a male siphoning gas from an overturned vehicle on Bogard Road in Wasilla. James, Johnson and Stephens were charged with Criminal Trespass 1 and Theft 4 and Stephens was additionally charged with MICS 4.

February 19 at 10:58 p.m., AST charged 28-year-old Devon Noack of Wasilla with Assault 4 following a report of a domestic disturbance near Elizabeth Drive in Wasilla. Noack fled the scene prior to AST arrival.

February 20 at 10:35 a.m., AST arrested two people following an assault on Village Street in Wasilla. AST arrested 48-year-old Janet Stewart of Wasilla on a $50 warrant for FTA on the O/C of no motor vehicle insurance and Jefferson for a $1,000 FTA warrant on the O/C of DUI. Both Jefferson and Stewart were taken to MSPT.

February 20 at 11:39 a.m., AST arrested 34-year-old Clayton Gangstad of Wasilla following a report of a man sleeping in a homeowners vehicle at a residence near Opal Court in Wasilla. Gangstad had been trespassed for life and additionally had two active warrants. Gangstad was charged with Trespass 2 and Concealing Merchandise and taken to MSPT on $400 bail.

February 20 at 1:10 p.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Anthony Price of Big Lake following an attempted traffic stop on a vehicle without license plates in Wasilla. Price fled on foot and was arrested on an active $5,000 felony warrant for DUI and taken to MSPT.

February 20 at 7:49 p.m., AST arrested 19-year-old Emeral Rice-Sherman of Wasilla following a domestic disturbance on Trevett Circle in Wasilla. Rice-Sherman was charged with Assault 4 and taken to MSPT.

February 20 at 10:30 p.m., AST arrested 32-year-old Eugene Sweeney of Talkeetna following a report of an assault on Nichols Drive in Talkeetna. Sweeney was charged with Assault 3 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.

February 21 at 10:52 p.m., AST arrested 32-year-old Letisha Payne of Wasilla following a report of a disturbance on Lynn Circle in Wasilla. Payne was charged with Assault 4 (DV), Interfering with the Report of a DV crime and VCOR. Payne was taken to MSPT without bai.

February 21 at 3:30 a.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Ashley of Wasilla on an active warrant for FTA on the O/C of DUI. Larsen was taken to MSPT on $1,000 bail.

February 21 at 10:02 a.m., AST arrested 33-year-old Scott Dennison of Wasilla for DUI and MIWS 4 following a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of East Bogard Road and Trunk Road. Dennison was taken to MSPT.

February 21 at 8:34 p.m., AST received a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Murray Drive in Wasilla and arrested 39-year-old Adam Jakubs of Wasilla for Assault 4. Jakubs was taken to MSPT.

February 22 at 12:27 a.m., AST arrested 42-year-old Andrew Pullen of Trapper Creek following a report of a burglary in progress in Palmer. Pullen was in possession of stolen property from the location where the report came in and was charged with Burglary 1, 2, Theft 2, Criminal Mischief 3 and DWLR and taken to MSPT.

February 22 at 1:30 p.m., AST received a report of a silver 2006 Chevy Silverado with KFB368 license plates stolen from South Bodenburg Loop in Butte that morning.

February 23 at 10:58 a.m., AST attempted to stop a Silver Dodge Ram 1500 at milepost 34 of the Glenn Highway traveling in excess of 90 mph. Both AST and WPD pursuit the pickup northbound with speeds up to 105 mph before the driver reversed direction and began traveling southbound on the Parks Highway and WPD took lead of the pursuit. Near milepost 27 the pursuit ended as AST and WPD were informed that AST did not have resources available to assist. The pursuit was terminated for safety.

February 24 at 9:22 p.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Alexander Sims of Palmer after a reported disturbance on Winding Brook Loop in Palmer. Sims was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.

February 25 at 8:26 a.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Devon Noack of Wasilla following a report of DV Assault near Elizabeth Drive in Wasilla. Noack was located at the Palmer Courthouse later that day and arrested for Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.

February 25 at 12:30 p.m., AST charged 46-year-old Andrea Kretschek of Houston following a reported assault near Anthony Road in Houston. Kretschek fled the scene was charged with Assault 3 (DV) through the DAO.

February 25 at 2:03 a.m., AST issued a citation to 46-year-old Dustin Laird of Palmer following a welfare check on a vehicle on Trunk Road. Laird was cited for DWLS and issued a summons for Misuse of Registration.

February 25 at 6:15 a.m., AST arrested three wanted people near mile 1 of Wasilla Fishhook Road in Wasilla. AST arrested 33-year-old Kyle Breen of Wasilla on a $1,000 FTC warrant the O/C of Eluding and Reckless driving, 36-year-old Dale Ohler Jr., of Wasilla on $30,000 in two warrants for four counts of MICS, Parole Violation on the O/C of MICS, Forgery, Theft, MIWS and Escape and 24-year-old Desirae Bennett of Wasilla on one $6,000 warrant for MICS 2,3, and 4. Bennett, Breen, and Ohler Jr., were taken to MSPT.

February 26 at 1:11 a.m., AST arrested 36-year-old Andrew Erkers of Wasilla following a welfare check on a residence on East Big Rock Drive in Wasilla. Erkers had an outstanding arrest warrant for Criminal Mischief 5 and two counts of FTA on the O/C of Assault 4. Erkers was taken to MSPT on $100 cash bail.

Bureau Of Highway Patrol

February 25 at 2:37 p.m., AST with the BHP arrested 46-year-old Stacy Michael of Wasilla following the report of a dangerous driver in Wasilla. Michael was charged with DUI and taken to MSPT.

Palmer Police Department

February 17, PPD arrested 29-year-old Michael Lake of Palmer for DUI and Refusal. Lake was taken to MSPT without bail.

February 19, PPD arrested 22-year-old Elijah Cruthers of Palmer for DWLR and a no-bail warrant for FTA on the O/C of DUI. Cruthers was taken to MSPT without bail.

February 20, PPD arrested 29-year-old Hannah Kemp of Palmer on a $100 FTA warrant on the O/C of DWLR. Kemp was taken to MSPT.

February 20, PPD arrested 29-year-old Trevor Boylan of Palmer for DUI. Boylan was taken to MSPT and release O/R.

February 20, PPD arrested 18-year-old Blake Tomlinson of Palmer for FTS for a School Bus.

February 20, PPD arrested 32-year-old Garrett Pletnikoff of Anchorage on a $100 warrant for FTA on the O/C of VCOR. Pletnikoff was taken to MSPT.

February 21, PPD issued a summons to 30-year-old Sean Wilder of Wasilla for Criminal Trespass 2.

February 22, PPD arrested 68-year-old Robert Bryson III of Wasilla for DUI. Bryson III was taken to MSPT on $500 bail.

February 23, PPD arrested 43-year-old Terra Stanley of Palmer for Disorderly Conduct and VCOR. Stanley was taken to MSPT on $1,000 bail.

February 23, PPD arrested 33-year-old Nicholas White of Palmer for Criminal Mischief 1 and 3, Criminally Negligent Burning, Failure to Report a Dangerous Fire and Attempted Theft 4. White was taken to MSPT without bail.

February 24, PPD arrested 21-year-old Rhyan Varney of Eagle River for DUI. Varney was taken to MSPT and released O/R.

Wasilla Police Department

February 20 at 4:44 p.m., WPD arrested 38-year-old Sherry Brandon of Wasilla at Target after concealing $910.48 worth of merchandise. Brandon was taken to MSPT.

February 22 at 2:40 p.m., WPD arrested 26-year-old Sarah Severson of Anchorage at Target. Severson was charged with VCOR, Theft 4 and False Information and taken to MSPT.

February 23 at 12:55 a.m., WPD arrested 23-year-old Logan Conway of Wasilla for DUI. Conway was taken to MSPT.

February 23, WPD arrested 44-year-old Chad Hite of Wasilla for Assault on East Snow Hill Avenue in Wasilla. Hite was taken to MSPT.

February 23 at 7:04 p.m., WPD arrested 27-year-old Albert Aviles of Wasilla for DUI. Aviles was taken to MSPT.
