1 Oct. 20, 11 p.m., Mile 4 Fairview Lp: Dave Howard Jr., 23, Wasilla, had allegedly violated probation by being intoxicated. No bail.
ACCIDENTS
2 Oct. 18, 5:42 p.m., Fairview Lp. at Patty Dr.: Charles Harrigan, 51, Anchorage, eastbound driving his 2003 Ford Ranger, lost control on a curve, left the road and rolled, coming to rest in the ditch. Passenger John Schneider, 50, Anchorage, was hospitalized in Palmer, Harrigan was flown to Anchorage. The pickup was totaled.
Oct. 19, 7:44 a.m., Mile 9 Talkeetna Spur Rd.: Andrew Farago, 41, Talkeetna, was southbound when he lost traction going up a hill, tried to correct, went into the other lane and then the ditch and rolled. He was hospitalized with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Oct. 19, 2:40 p.m., Seldon Rd. and Ryah’s Way: A 16-year-old girl driving a gray 1991 Jeep Cherokee tried to turn left when the brakes locked up and the SUV rolled onto it’s side. No injuries. Damage: $2,000. The girl was cited for no proof of insurance.
Oct. 20, 7:08 a.m., Trunk Rd. and Colony Schools Dr.: Andrew T. Ducharme, 19, Palmer, driving a blue 1998 Plymouth Neon, rear-ended a gray 2004 Chevy Trialblazer driven by Shelley R. Eisenhower, 48, Wasilla. Ducharme was cited for no proof of insurance.

Oct. 15, 10:38 p.m., Parks Hwy., near Lamont Way: Karl Rathbun, 19, Wasilla, finally stopped after a pursuit that began on Snohomish Dr. Charges: MCA, MOCA, reckless driving, felony eluding arrest, marijuana possession. Bail: $10,000.
WARRANT
Oct. 18, 9:25 p.m., Williwaw Way: Gary B. Brown, 43, Wasilla, was arrested on a warrant for failure to report to jail on a DUI charge. No bail set.
Oct. 19, 8:15 a.m., Palmer: Jered A. Cizek, 26, Wasilla, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to stop for a peace officer, assault, avoiding an ignition interlock device and reckless driving. Bail: $10,000.
Oct. 19, 1:47 p.m., Palmer: Wayland Christopher Pound, 35, Wasilla, was arrested on one warrant for failure to appear in court on a criminal mischief charge and another for failure to appear on a NVOL charge. Bail: $200.
Oct. 19, 4:56 p.m., N. Williwaw Wy.: Tonia Marie McLinn, 42, Kodiak, was arrested at a disturbance on a warrant for failure to appear in court on burglary and theft charges. Bail: $5,000.
Oct. 20, 8:55 a.m., Parks Hwy. near Deskas St.: Patrick T. Pritchard, 50, Wasilla, was arrested at a traffic stop on three outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court. New charge; DWLS. Bail: $4,250.
Oct. 20, 10:05 p.m., Windy Bottom Rd.: Duncan E. Crump Sr., 51, Wasilla, was arrested at home on two warrants, one for DUI, eluding arrest, assault, criminal mischief and reckless driving, the other for no insurance and reckless endangerment. Bail; $5,250.

Oct. 19, 1:58 a.m., Meadow Lakes Dr. and Northshore Dr.: Daniel L. Smith, 36, Wasilla, was stopped for a moving violation. Summons: DWLS.
ASSAULT
Oct. 19, 11:30 p.m., Palmer Correctional Center: Paul Polty, 38, Sutton, allegedly assaulted another inmate with a dangerous instrument. The victim was treated at the facility.
Oct. 20, 4:34 p.m., N. Plymouth Cir.: Jonah D. Simmonds, Wasilla, allegedly assaulted another man. Charge: assault. No bail set.
Oct. 21, Bald Eagle Dr.: Erik Scott Levis, 43, Wasilla, allegedly assaulted and harassed two people. He also allegedly drunkenly drove a pickup. Charges: DUI, assault, harassment. No bail set.
THEFT
Oct. 20, 8:38 p.m., Hatcher Pass St.: Sometime between Oct. 16 and Oct. 19 someone broke into a home and stole $2,000 in personal property.
DEATH INVESTIGATION
Oct. 20, 8:36 p.m., Siberian Pea Cir.: Robert Noe, 56, Wasilla, was found to have died of natural causes.

Oct. 20, 11:09 p.m., Bogard Rd. and Seward Meridian Pkwy.: Troopers called to investigate suspicious activity arrested Logan Parsons, 21, Trapper Creek and Joe Reese, 32, Wasilla. Both allegedly had drugs on them. Charges for Parsons: MIW, MICS. Bail: $5,000. Charges for Reese: MICS. Bail: $3,000.
