April 22, 7:15 p.m., Trunk Road-Palmer Wasilla Highway. Following up on a REDDI report, troopers arrested 47-year old Tonga Mackey for DUI. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility with bail set at $2,500 plus a court-appointed third party.
April 23, 2:10 a.m., Mountain Ash Loop, Wasilla. Called to a reported disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 28-year old Tony Adams for disorderly conduct. According to reports, Adams caused a disturbance at his and neighboring residences while under the influence of alcohol. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on his own recognizance.
April 23, 9:35 p.m., West Carmel Road, Wasilla. Troopers arrested 45-year old Sean C. Thomson of Wasilla on an outstanding no-bail DUI warrant for failure to appear for remand and failure to comply as soon as possible. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility with 25 days to serve.
April 23, 5:40 p.m., Willow-Fishhook Road near Deception Creek. Following a traffic stop for an equipment violation, troopers arrested 31-year old Kiprian Reutov of Willow on an outstanding probation violation warrant. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on a $1,000 bail with a court-appointed third party.
April 23, 10:13 p.m., Roy Road, Wasilla. Responding to a disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 48-year old Trista Young of Wasilla on an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear arraignment on the original charge of third-degree theft. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $500 bail.
April 24, 12:40 a.m. Talkeetna Spur Road, Talkeetna. Following an equipment violation traffic stop, troopers arrested 32-year old Luis Rodriquez of Talkeetna on an outstanding failure to comply as soon as possible for a prior DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $1,000 bail.
April 24, 5:51 p.m., Glenn Highway-Evergreen, Palmer. Responding to a REDDI report, troopers arrested 33-year old Skye Stillwater of Wasilla for DUI, refusal to provide a breath sample, fourth-degree assault on a peace officer, fifth-degree mischief, first-degree harassment, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and reckless driving. According to reports, a trooper observed a vehicle run a red light, conducted a traffic stop, and determined the driver, Stillwater, was operating her vehicle under the influence. Troopers reported as they were attempting to have Stillwater exit the vehicle, she allegedly made an attempt to drive off. Despite being told she was under arrest for DUI, police say Stillwater continued to fight, slipped her handcuffs and allegedly struck a trooper in the face with the handcuffs causing minor injury. Troopers also allege that Stillwater spit on another trooper and damaged Palmer Police Department property. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $2,500 bail.

April 17. Police arrested 38-year old David C. Dreves of Anchorage on a $360 warrant for failure to appear at a pretrial conference on the original charge of concealment of merchandise. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
April 17. Police arrested 45-year old Michael Petrisko of Palmer for DUI. He was remanded to Mat-SU Pretrial Facility and released on his own recognizance.
April 19, Policed forwarded charges of failure to register as a sex offender on 63-year old Frank H. Burns of Wasilla to the district attorney's office.
April 19. Police arrested 47-year old Anthony Bowen of Palmer on a $50 failure to appear warrant on the original charge of driving without a valid operator's license. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
April 19. Police arrested 31-year old Kelly Kitchen of Palmer for fourth-degree criminal mischief. Kitchen was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.
April 20. Police arrested 38-year old Jason S. Freeland of Anchorage for being a fugitive from justice. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial and held without bail.
April 20. Police arrested 21-year old Jacob D. Owens of Palmer on a $5,000 probation violation on the original charge of first-degree burglary. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
April 20. Police arrested 32-year old Tiffany R. Hoeldt of Palmer for fourth-degree assault. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.
April 21. Police arrested 52-year old Teresa Samel of Palmer on $2,906.27 in warrants for failure to comply with alcohol screening on the original charge of driving without a valid license and fourth-degree assault. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
April 22. Police forwarded charges to the district attorney's office on 28-year old Darshan S. Dogra of Wasilla for third-degree misconduct involving a weapon.
April 23. Police arrested 28-year old Joseph C. Osborn of Palmer for fourth-degree assault. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.
