July 28, 11:44 a.m., East Financial Drive. Following a traffic stop police arrested Ian Lleshi on an outstanding failure to appear warrant on the original charge of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and cited him for driving without motor vehicle liability insurance through the district attorney’s office.

July 28, 5:43 p.m., East Parks Highway. Police charged Caleb Connally with two counts of first-degree eluding, and two counts of third-degree assault and arrested Alexandra Webb on an outstanding probation violation warrant on the original charge of first-degree theft. According to reports, officers attempted to stop a vehicle after receiving a report of drug activity and possible impaired driving. Police said the vehicle’s driver fled and the vehicle was later located abandoned outside the city limits. With AST’s assistance, Connally and Webb were located.

July 28, 4:27 a.m., South Knik-Goose Bay Road-South Lakewood Avenue. Following a traffic stop, police arrested Christopher Archer for DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

July 29, 1:24 p.m. Police continue and investigation into a counterfeit $100 bill passed at a local business.

July 30, 12:56 p.m. Parks Highway. Responding to suspicious activity report at an area business, police charged Tiffany George for first-degree vehicle theft and providing false information. Police say the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Anchorage.

July 31, 11:37 a.m., East Parks Highway. Responding to a shoplifter in custody report at Sportsman’s Warehouse, police cited Nicholas Barnes for fourth-degree theft and charged him with one count of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance through the district attorney’s office.

Aug. 1, 6:09 p.m., West Parks Highway. Responding to a reported disturbance at an area bar, police arrested Magalo Laulu, who officer stated was highly intoxicated, for felony probation violation on the original charge of felony DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

Aug. 2, 1:30 p.m., East Mountain Drive. Police continue investigating a hit-and-run incident at the Dog Wash. Officers report identifying the involved vehicle and are focusing on the identity of the driver that hit a parked vehicle.

Aug. 3, 1:30 p.m., Knik-Goose Bay Road-Susitna Avenue. Following up on a report of a female injecting something into her arm at an area carwash, police impounded a vehicle. Officers contacted the driver and investigation revealed multiple signs of illegal drug use. The investigation continues.

Aug. 3, 2:45 p.m., Melanie Avenue. Following up on a reported assault, police charged Andrew Dishaw with third-degree assault through the district attorney’s office. Police say Dishaw had assaulted an individual who was taken to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Alaska State Troopers

Aug. 6, 1:18 a.m., Wasilla. Following a traffic stop for a moving violation, troopers arrested 25-year-old Jeffrey Carlson and 34-year-old Jackie Bay, both of Wasilla, on outstanding arrest warrants. Both were remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

Aug. 5, 11:41 p.m., Glendale Drive, Wasilla. Following up on a disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 33-year-old Johnnie Netherton III of Wasilla on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility with no bail until arraignment.

Aug. 6, 11:08 p.m., East Citrine Drive, Wasilla. Responding to a reported assault, troopers arrested 55-year-old Thomas Eggemeyer of Wasilla for fourth-degree domestic violence assault. Police state Eggemeyer recklessly caused physical injury to a family member at the residence. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held with no bail.

Aug. 6, 5:40 p.m., Mile 72 Parks Highway, Willow. Following a traffic stop for not wearing seatbelts, troopers arrested 20-year-old Nickoles Anderson of Wasilla on an outstanding failure to appear arrest warrant on the original charge of making a false police report. Police also cited the driver, 22-year-old Paul Wilton of Talkeetna for no valid operator’s license. Anderson was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility with bail set at $50.

Aug. 7, 1:02 a.m., Mile 57 Glenn Highway, Sutton. Following up on a REDDI report, troopers arrested 57-year-old Patricia Moore for DUI. According to reports, police received a call from a motorist who stated they observed a vehicle crossing the centerline and that the vehicle came to a stop near Glenn Highway’s Mile 57. Troopers report the caller remained with the vehicle until their arrival. Once on the scene, police said they contacted Moore who acknowledged driving intoxicated and showing impairment. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on her own recognizance.

Aug. 7, 5:06 a.m., East Schrock Road, Wasilla. Police are seeking the public’s help in solving a burglary. Troopers report approximately $460 in property was stolen after unknown suspects unlawfully entered a dwelling. Anyone with information is asked to call AST at 352-5401 or Crimestoppers at 745-3333. Callers can remain anonymous.

Aug. 7, 11:15 p.m., Fairview Loop-Jackson Circle, Wasilla. Responding to a reported ditched vehicle, troopers arrested 30-year-old Reuben Niclas of Wasilla for DUI and fourth-degree misconduct involving a weapon. Police state Niclas was driving under the influence while in possession of a loaded firearm. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on his own recognizance.

Aug. 8, 2:22 a.m., Knox Drive, Wasilla. Responding to a disturbance call, troopers arrested 27-year-old Charles Conrad of Wasilla on an outstanding probation violation warrant on the original charge of second-degree theft. Police say he was found hiding in the attic upon their arrival. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where bail was set at $5,000 plus court-appointed third party.

Aug. 7, 10:16 p.m., Wasey way-Cattail Circle, Houston. In the vicinity for a follow-up investigation, troopers contacted and arrested 40-year-old Michael Cooksey of Kodiak on an outstanding failure to appear warrant on the original charge of third-degree assault. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where bail was set at $5,000 plus court-appointed third party.
