Dispatch Text: On 11/30/17 at 0742 hours, Alaska State Troopers stopped a 1990 red Chevrolet pick-up truck on Meadow Lakes Rd. near Irish Setter St. in Wasilla for multiple equipment violations and made contact with a passenger in the vehicle who was identified as Shalayna Barber, age 25 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Barber had an outstanding felony warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Theft II and Fraudulent Use of an Access Device. Barber was arrested on the outstanding warrants, transported to and remanded in MSPT with her bail set at $2,500.00 Cash Corporate.

Dispatch Text: On 12/1/17 at approximately 1840 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to the report of a dangerous driver on Knik Goose Bay Road and Clapp Street in Wasilla. A traffic stop was conducted on a 2002 Honda Accord for several moving and equipment violations. Investigation revealed Nichola Usoltseff, age 23 of Wasilla, was driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Usoltseff was subsequently arrested on the charges of DUI and Misconduct involving a Controlled Substance 4th degree. Usoltseff was transported and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was released on his own recognizance.

Dispatch Text: On 12/1/17 at approximately 1258 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a disturbance at a residence in Big Lake. Troopers responded to the scene and contacted 58 year old Nancy Scott of Big Lake. Investigation revealed Nancy was violating a stalking order by being in contact with the petitioner of the order. Troopers arrested Nancy and transported her to Mat-Su Pre-Trial where she was remanded.

Dispatch Text: On 11/30/2017 at approximately 1950 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of an active disturbance near That Road in Wasilla. Investigation revealed Joshua Jones, age 32, of Wasilla, caused damage to his family’s residence and assaulted 2 family members. Prior to AST’s arrival, Jones fled the scene and was not located. Charges for Assault 4th DV and Criminal Mischief 5th DV are being forwarded against Jones to the Palmer District Attorney’s Office.

Investigation revealed unknown suspects stole a purse valued at approximately $50.00 from a vehicle.
