July 13, 5:19 p.m., West Eagles Nest Circle, Wasilla. Responding to a reported disturbance , troopers arrested 23-year old Oscar N. Nerguson of Wasilla on an outstanding failure ASAP hearing on July 12 on the original charge of DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility with bail set at $500 cash/corporate.
July 14, 3:39 a.m., Palmer. Following a traffic stop, troopers arrested 25-year old Jared Dulinski of Wasilla on a no-bail warrant on the original charges of third-degree assault, failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer, and probation violation. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
July 14, 11:13 p.m., East Cottle Loop, Wasilla. Called to a disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 50-year old Dale T. Roberts of Wasilla for fourth-degree domestic violence. Police say Roberts assaulted a family member. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility with no bail.
July 7, 1:25 a.m., Sun Mountain Avenue. Called to investigate a reported trespassing, police arrested Christopher Weeks on an outstanding warrant, trespassing and providing false information. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
July 7, 7:16 a.m., South Seward-Meridian Parkway. Called to a trespassing complaint at Walmart, police charged Nikolay Revutskiy with second-degree trespassing through the district attorney’s office. Police say he had been previously trespassed from the property.
July 7, 5:31 p.m., East USA Circle. Police continue an investigation into the theft of a gun and wallet from a parked vehicle at a residence sometime between July 4-7.
July 8, 4:57 a.m., West Lone Cub Drive. Called to a disturbance complaint involving an intoxicated person, police arrested Kyle Ray for disorderly conduct. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
July 8, 12:12 p.m., Parks Highway. Following up on a suspicious activity report at Fred Meyer, police arrested Dillon Anderson for disorderly conduct. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
July 8, 9:56 p.m., Parks Highway. Responding to Fred Meyer for a suspected shoplifting, police contacted Payton Petersen who was found to be in possession of narcotics. He was issued a summons for fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
July 9, 1 a.m., Church Road. Responding to a reported disturbance, police charged Jospeh Mahoney for second-degree domestic violence assault. Police say they witnessed the assault taking place. Mahoney was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail until arraignment.
July 9, 5:20 a.m. Police arrested Dillon Anderson for first-degree theft. According to reports, Dillon was caught stealing an excavator from the Matanuska Telephone Association fleet lot. Police say Dillon had two previous first-degree assault convictions. The excavator was valued in excess of $25,000, police said.
July 9, 10:34 a.m., East Sun Mountain Drive. Responding to Sportsman’s Warehouse for a reported shoplifting, police charged Patrick Rascon with third-degree theft.
July 9, 1:33 p.m., South Lake Street. Responding to Carter Park for a female passed out in a vehicle, police arrested Nina Granger for DUI. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
July 9, 10:48 p.m., Parks Highway. Called to Carrs on a disturbance complaint between an employee and possible shoplifter, police trespassed Samuel Tucker from the store. An involved vehicle was seized pending a search warrant for illegal drugs. Police said their investigation continues.
July 10, 112:12 a.m., Parks Highway. Responding to Fred Meyer for a shoplifter in custody complaint, police cited Chelsi King for third-degree theft. Reports indicate King had stolen $354 worth of merchandise from the store.
July 10, 9:15 a.m., East Westpoint Drive-North Crusey Street. Police arrested David Duplechain for fourth-degree domestic violence assault. According to reports, a female at the location had been assaulted.
July 11, 2:55 p.m., South Seward-Meridian Parkway. Responding to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint, police charged Patrick Arnaldo Rascon with third-degree vehicle theft and first-degree theft through the district attorney’s office. Officers report Rascon ran from the store and attempted to steal a vehicle and that they recovered the shoplifted items.
July 11, 4:18 p.m., East Bogard Road. Responding to a motor vehicle collision, police found a vehicle had struck a fence on GCI’s property and then left the scene. The investigation continues.
July 11, 6:37 p.m., West Parks Highway. Responding to an intoxicated person report, police arrested Gretchen Linsey for DUI. Police say Linsey allegedly left a store highly intoxicated and drove off. She was subsequently stopped and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
July 12, 2:06 a.m., West Ponderosa Loop. Police continue investigating a reported vehicle fire. According to reports, a 1997 Chevrolet pickup was damaged under suspicious circumstance and investigating it as arson.
July 12, 4:02 p.m., Parks Highway. Called to a reported shoplifting at Fred Meyer, police cited Maria Roberts for fourth-degree theft.
July 12, 11:20 p.m., Parks-Palmer Wasilla highways. Police arrested William Ratliff with assistance from Alaska State Troopers. According to reports, Ratliff caused a multiple vehicle collision while attempting to elude police. He was apprehended following a brief foot chase and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility. No injuries were reported.
July 13, 9:20 p.m., Wasilla Fishhook-Aspen roads. Police arrested Nils Sullivan for DUI, refusing to submit to a chemical test and second-degree failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer. According to reports, police attempted a traffic stop at which point a brief pursuit ensued and the driver stopped. Nils was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
July 13, 9:25 p.m. Police continue an investigation into a reported counterfeit $100 bill at McDonald’s.
