Wasilla Police Department

July 12, 12:17 a.m., East Palmer Wasilla Highway-North Trunk Road. Police arrested Nicholaus Madison on DUI charges. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

July 15, 12:34 a.m., East Frontage Road-east parks Highway. Following up on a REDDI report, police charged Dawn M. Jones with DUI and fourth-degree misconduct involving a weapon.

July 15, 2:01 a.m., West Parks Highway. Responding to an area saloon for a reported disturbance, police arrested Nicole Rednose on assault charges. According to reports, Rednose assaulted a police officer during their investigation. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

July 16, 3:31 a.m., West Parks Highway. Conducting a traffic stop, police arrested Nicholas Robertson for violating conditions of parole. According to officers, the driver of a vehicle was having difficulty pulling into a parking spot at an area business. During the investigation, police identified the driver as Robertson who was found to be under the influence of alcohol and marijuana and in possession of marijuana. However, police said the influence was not sufficient to charge him with DUI. Investigation did reveal Robertson was on probation with conditions he not consume or possess alcohol, marijuana and not be on the premises of a bar. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail pending arraignment.

July 16, 1:59 p.m., West Parks Highway. Police seized a vehicle for a drug investigation following an incident in an area business parking lot. According to reports, officers contacted the occupants of a white Mercury Mountaineer and during that time, found that the vehicle license plate had been used to cover up for other traffic violations. The occupants were released from the scene and the investigation continues.

July 16, 6:21 p.m., West Fairview Loop-South Knik-Goose Bay Road. Police arrested Michael Moran on DUI charges and refusal to submit to a chemical test. According to reports, officers stopped a vehicle for a reported road rage incident and identified Moran as the driver.

July 18, 7:38 p.m., North Pine Ridge Loop. Responding to a criminal mischief report, police arrested Sergey Kockin for disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to reports, officers contacted Kochin who allegedly broke a car window at a residence, then fought with police upon their arrival. Officers said Kockin had to be tasered to be taken into custody.

July 19, 10:15 a.m., East Parks Highway. Responding to Sportsman’s Warehouse for a shoplifter in custody report, police charged a juvenile male with fourth-degree theft through juvenile intake. According to reports, the youth had stolen $42.99 in merchandise and was released to his mother.

July 20, 10:44 a.m., South Clapp Street. Police continue investigating the reported theft, and recovery of a front-end loader from the Menard Sports Complex. According to reports, after receiving the theft report, police located the unit abandoned on Forest Avenue near Lucille Street. It was recovered by the registered owner.

July 20, 1:39 p.m., East Palmer Wasilla Highway. Following a traffic stop for an improperly displayed front license plate, police impounded a vehicle for a drug investigation. According to reports, the driver and passenger were released from the scene but officers seized the vehicle after discovered multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia inside.

Alaska State Troopers

July 20, 6 p.m., Knik-Goose Bay Road, Wasilla. Troopers, along with the AST Criminal Suppression Unit arrested 43-year old Saietta Kasak of Wasilla on a parole violation arrest warrant. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

July 20, 5:28 p.m., Yachtsman Circle, Wasilla. Responding to a residential disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 19-year old Tyler L. Anderson of Anchorage on a warrant for fifth-degree criminal mischief and harassment. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

July 21, 2 a.m., Beverly Lakes Road, Wasilla. Troopers arrested 19-year old Miranda K. Huntsbury of Wasilla for DUI. Police were responding to a residential disturbance complaint when they came across Huntsbury. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on her own recognizance.

July 22, 3:21 a.m., Mile 32 Glenn Highway. Following a traffic stop for a moving violation, troopers arrested 31-year old Vincent Delia of Wasilla for DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on his own recognizance.

July 22, 3:09 a.m., Vine Road-West Shady Grove Lane, Wasilla. Following a traffic stop for speeding, troopers arrested 56-year old Reinaldo Delsie of Anchorage on two outstanding warrants—a $2,500 failure to appear ASAP cash/corporate warrant stemming from charges of DUI and driving while license suspended, and a $500 cash only warrant for failing to comply with conditions of probation stemming from a DUI charge. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

July 22, 3:15 a.m. Following a traffic stop for a moving violation, troopers arrested 22-year old Zachary Lemm of Wasilla for DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where bail was set at his own recognizance.
