May 16, 3:14 p.m., Palmer Wasilla Highway. Troopers issued a summons to 37-year-old Stephen Charles Walsh of Wasilla for shoplifting and providing false information. According to reports, police were called by someone from Three Bears of Alaska management on May 17 concerning the shoplifting. Police say an investigation revealed Walsh shoplifted six boxes of .22-caliber ammunition. Troopers issued two shoplifting summonses and one for providing false information. He was released at the scene with a court date. Police said charges have been forwarded to the district attorney’s office.
June 24. Knik-Goose Bay and Vine roads. Following a traffic stop, troopers issued a summons to 26-year-old Jaron Christopher Paty of Anchorage for driving while license suspended and providing false information.
July 2, 8:30 p.m., Peninsula Drive, Wasilla. Responding to a suspicious activity report, troopers arrested Cydnee Weeg of Wasilla on a failure to appear warrant on the original charge of DUI. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $50 bail.
July 2, 3:17 p.m., Blue Lupine Drive near Hyer Road, Wasilla. Stopping to investigate a suspicious occupied and parked vehicle, wildlife troopers arrested 33-year-old Jordan Getz of Seward on an outstanding $500 failure to appear warrant out of Soldotna. A female passenger was found to have an outstanding felony warrant for petition to revoke probation and was arrested by Wasilla Police Department officers. Troopers state the vehicle was impounded pending further investigation.
