June 12, 2:05 a.m., North Holly Way, Wasilla. Responding to a noise complaint, troopers arrested 29-year old Patrick A. Pack of Wasilla on an outstanding $500 warrant. According to police, Pack was wanted for failure to appear at an as soon as possible hearing on the original charges of DUI and no valid operator’s license. He was arrested without incident and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.

June 12, 6:48 p.m., Palmer. Called to a domestic disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 18-year old Carter Nielson of Palmer on two counts of fourth-degree domestic violence assault. Police allege Nielson assaulted a 22-year old household member. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail pending arraignment.

June 12, 9:27 p.m., West Fairview Loop, Wasilla. Responding to a suspicious activity report, troopers arrested 37-year old Terrella Petersen of Palmer on outstanding arrest warrants. Troopers state the warrants were issued for second, fourth and fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and driving while license revoked. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $10,100 bail plus court-appointed third party.

June 13, 4:30 a.m., Pittman Road. Investigating a stolen vehicle report, troopers arrested Alexander Kawanishi and Catherine Smith-Bendt. According to reports, Kawanishi was wanted on outstanding warrants of first-degree vehicle theft and first-degree criminal trespass and Smith-Bendt on first-degree vehicle theft. Both were remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $1,500 bail.

June 13, 2:31 a.m., Machen-Day roads, Wasilla. Troopers arrested 32-year old Marcia Burdette of Wasilla for DUI drugs. According to reports, Burdette was operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on her own recognizance.
