June 22, 10:36 p.m., Palmer Wasilla Highway-Equestrian Street, Palmer. Conducting a traffic stop for a moving violation, troopers arrested 27-year-old Jason Berberich of Palmer on an outstanding $50 arrest warrant for failure to appear for a show cause hearing. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
June 22, 11:56 p.m., Bettina Way, Wasilla. Responding to a disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 34-year-old Ronald Rifredi of Wasilla for fourth-degree domestic violence assault. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.
June 23, 1:35 a.m., Big Lake Road-West Wasey Way, Big Lake. Responding to a reported suspicious situation, troopers arrested 29-year-old Ivan Julian on two misdemeanor failure to appear arrest warrants on original charges of driving while license revoked and fourth-degree assault. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
June 23, 1:33 a.m., Pittman-Zander roads. Conducting a traffic stop for an equipment violation, troopers arrested 37-year-old Sonny Caswell of Wasilla on DUI charges. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on his own recognizance. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
June 24, 12:31 a.m. Conducting a traffic stop, troopers arrested 24-year-old Tybo Gilliahan of Wasilla on DUI charges. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and released on his own recognizance.
June 23, 7:56 p.m., Colony Way, Wasilla. Responding to a welfare check, troopers cited 39-year-old Tomi Hawks of Wasilla on charges of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Police allege Hawks was impaired by an intoxicating substance while caring for three juvenile family members under the age of 10. The Office of Children Services responded and arranged for the children to go to a family member’s house.
June 24, 3 a.m., Palmer Wasilla Highway, Equestrian Street, Palmer. After conducting a traffic stop for a moving violation, troopers arrested 38-year-old Jack Hermon of Palmer on DUI charges. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on his own recognizance.
June 23, 11:20 p.m., mile 50 Glenn Highway, Palmer. Troopers arrested 27-year-old Cory White of Palmer on an outstanding $50 failure to appear warrant on the original charge of no valid operator’s license. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility. His vehicle and trailer were towed from the scene.
