May 14, 9:05 p.m., West Cheri Lakes Drive, Houston. Responding to a disturbance complaint, troopers arrested 33-year old Joseph Clark of Wasilla on two counts of third-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. According to reports, troopers were called to the scene because of a male threatening citizens with an axe. Clark was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $5,000 bail plus a court-appointed third party.
May 15, 1:23 a.m., Seward-Meridian Highway, Wasilla. Following up on a suspicious vehicle report, troopers arrested 53-year old Robert Paulsberg of Houston for first-degree eluding and outstanding warrants totaling $4,050. According to reports, Paulsberg quickly exited the parking lot almost striking an AST vehicle. Police state Paulsberg continued driving recklessly for approximately 25 minutes and the pursuit reached speeds of 90 miles per hour before the vehicle stopped at a dead end on Lynn Road off Fairview Loop. Paulsberg was arrested without incident and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $2,500 bail in addition to his warrants.
May 15, 5:41 p.m., Apryl Lane, Big Lake. Troopers continue an investigation into a reported burglary. According to reports, unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the dwelling stealing approximately $300 in property. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact AST at 352-5401 or Crime Stoppers at 745-3333.
May 15, 8:51 p.m., Trunk Road-College Road, Palmer. After stopping a vehicle for speeding, troopers arrested 32-year old Jesea Davis of Wasilla for DUI and fourth-degree misconduct involving a weapon. A passenger, 32-year old Cory Steininger of Wasilla was also arrested for fourth-degree misconduct involving a weapon. Both were remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on their own recognizance when sober.
Alaska Wildlife Troopers
April 30, 4 p.m., Cottonwood Creek at Seward Meridian Parkway, Wasilla. Wildlife troopers cited 69-year old Linda Grimes of Wasilla for fishing in closed waters and retaining four fish. Bail was set at $190.
April 30.Little Su River. Wildlife troopers cited 35-year old Gale Lancaster of Big Lake for sport fishing with bait in waters closed to bait fishing. Bail was set at $110.

May 7, 7:23 p.m. Investigating a recovered stolen vehicle, police arrested Joseph Marquis for first-degree vehicle theft and second-degree theft by receiving. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
May 6, 6:20 p.m., East Palmer Wasilla Highway. Police continue an investigation into a stolen purse from the front desk of Body Renew.
May 6, 8:43 p.m., Old Matanuska Road. Police cited Joshua Waisanen for fourth-degree assault. According to reports, officers were called to Extreme Fun Center for a reported assault and multiple people fighting. Police say Waisanen had approached another male and hit him in the face.
May 7, 12:06 a.m., South Alpine Drive-East Parks Highway. Responding to several REDDI reports, police arrested Michael Solomon for DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility.
May 7, 8:05 p.m., Railroad Avenue. Police charged Samuel Tucker with third-degree theft through the district attorney’s office. Officers report two batteries were taken from a man lift on the property.
May 8, 5:40 a.m., West Melanie Avenue. Police continue an investigation into the theft of cash, gold and jewelry from a residence.
May 8, 2:15 p.m. Palmer Wasilla Highway. Police arrested Travis Huggett in Palmer on an outstanding warrant out of Clatsop County, Oregon. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.
May 8, 2:28 p.m., West Melanie Avenue. Investigating a reported assault, police arrested Andrew Dishaw on two outstanding failure to appear misdemeanor warrants on the original charge of assault one count of fourth-degree assault. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail pending arraignment.
May 8, 6:43 p.m., West Stormy Circle. Police continue investigating a burglary after the fact. The complainant told officers a small pontoon boat and ice auger—total value of $1,000, had been ttaken from a storage unit.
May 8, 8:39 p.m., Palmer Wasilla Highway-East Financial Drive. Police issued a summons to Tracy Worden for driving while license revoked for a prior DUI and operating a vehicle with in improper registration.
May 10, 1:21 a.m., East Parks Highway. Responding to a REDDI report at an area fast food establishment, officers charged Myles Ridling with furnishing alcohol to minors. Both Donald Briggs and Jaden White were cited for minor consuming alcohol.
May 10, 11:25 p.m., West Parks Highway-North Deskas Street. Police arrested Keith Arthur Odden for DUI. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and his vehicle released to a responsible driver.
May 11, 5:37 p.m., East Parks Highway. Police continue investigation into the reported theft of a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone from The AT&T Store. The phone is valued at $849.99. Officers obtained security footage of the suspect.
