On November 3, 2017 at 1452 hours, Wasilla Police took possession of a counterfeit bill which had been passed at the Brown Jug Liquor store on S. Seward Meridian Parkway. The case is currently under investigation.
On November 3, 2017 at 1953 hours, Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of S. Knik Goose Bay Road and E. Susitna Avenue. The driver was identified as Jenna Hudzinski who was issued a summons to appear in court for improper use of a registration.
On November 3, 2017 at 2013 hours, Wasilla Police took a report of a theft. The complainant reported 4 tires had been stolen out of a vehicle while it was parked in the Lowe's parking lot on E. Sun Mountain Avenue. Security footage captured the incident and the case remains under investigation.
On November 4, 2017 at 0227 hours, Wasilla Police responded to the Walmart parking lot for a reported disturbance. A female had picked up a hitch hiker identified as Simon Antonucci and tried to drop him off at Walmart. Upon being asked to exit the vehicle, Antonucci threatened to rape and kill the driver. Officers arrived within two minutes and took Antonucci into custody without incident. Antonucci was charged with assault in the 4th degree, criminal trespassing
in the 2"d degree and misconduct involving a controlled substance in the 4th degree.
On November 4, 2017 at 0822 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a residence on E. Kalli Circle for a reported disturbance. Following an investigation, Cori Smith was arrested for violating her conditions of release.
On November 4, 2017 at 1010 hours, Wasilla Police took possession of a counterfeit $10 bill which had been passed at the Holiday gas station on N. Boundary Street. The case is currently under investigation.
On November 4, 2017 at 1115 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a theft. The complainant reported an ATV had been stolen from a residence on E. Tamarak Avenue. Officers located the ATV a short distance from the residence and returned it to the complainant.
On November 4, 2017 at 1731 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on the Parks Highway near the intersection of the Palmer Wasilla Highway.
On November 4, 2017 at 1749 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on E. Parks Highway at S. Alpine Street.
On November 4, 2017 at 2010 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Carrs on E. Parks Highway after receiving a report of an intoxicated male who was refusing to leave the property. The male was identified as Alan Warren who was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal mischief in the 5th degree and resisting arrest.
On November 5, 2017 at 0856 hours, Wasilla Police assisted AST with the investigation of a burglary in progress at a commercial business on E. Fireweed Road. Officers located two individuals who had unlawfully entered buildings on the lot. AST is continuing the investigation.
On November 5, 2017 at 1524 hours, Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop at N. Church Road and W. Glacier Avenue for speeding and an expired registration. The driver was identified as Noah Smith who was also found to be driving without motor vehicle liability insurance. Smith's vehicle was moved from the roadway and Smith was charged for the offense through the District Attorney's office.
On November 6, 2017 at 0918 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a juvenile runaway. The complainant reported his 17 year old daughter had run away from their residence on W. Lone Cub Drive and had been missing since November 2nd.
On November 7, 2017 at 0017 hours, Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at N. Main Street and E. Swanson Avenue. The driver was identified as Aron Jonz who was found to be driving while his license was revoked from a prior DUI arrest. Jonz was arrested and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial facility.
On November 7, 2017 at 0724 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a moose at S. Knik Goose Bay Road and S. Lakewood Avenue.
On November 7, 2017 at 1347 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a theft. An employee of Alaska Eye Care on E. Parks Highway reported someone had stolen eye glasses valued in excess of $120. The case is currently under investigation.
On November 7, 2017 at 1524 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on the Parks Highway at Crusey Street. Driver Brewster Peck was cited for driving without a valid operator's license, no proof of insurance and failing to exercise due care to avoid a collision.
On November 8, 2017 at 0211 hours, Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop at W. Graybark Drive and W. Nelson Avenue after the vehicle was observed committing multiple moving violations. The driver was identified as Jeffory Lee who subsequently failed a series of sobriety tests. A records check revealed Lee's license had been revoked for a prior DUI arrest. Lee was arrested for DUI and driving while his license was revoked and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial.
On November 8, 2017 at 1254 hours, Wasilla Police received a report that two males were attempting to steal a trailer near the intersection of Trunk Road and the Palmer Wasilla Highway. An investigation revealed Cory White and John Joseph committed the crime of attempted theft in the 2nd degree. Charges against both have been forwarded to the District Attorney's office for prosecution.
On November 8, 2017 at 1410 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a theft. The complainant reported her wallet had been stolen while she was at Fred Meyer. The case is currently under investigation.
On November 8, 2017 at 1541 hours, Wasilla Police responded to Sportsman's Warehouse on E. Parks Highway for a shoplifter in custody. An investigation revealed Destini Lawrence had stolen $1,062 worth of merchandise. Lawrence was arrested for theft in the 2nd degree and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial facility.
On November 8, 2017 at 1645 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on the northbound entrance ramp from Seward Meridian Parkway at the Parks Highway.
On November 9, 2017 at 1452 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on S. Knik Goose Bay Road near S. Eagle Eye Circle.
On November 9, 2017 at 1516 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a theft from Spenard Builder's Supply. Officers located a vehicle associated with the reported theft and made contact with the occupants who were identified as Donny Inman and Mandy Edelen. An investigation revealed Inman was driving while his license was revoked and without motor vehicle liability insurance. Edelen was identified as the theft suspect. The vehicle was impounded pending further investigation. A search warrant was granted and the stolen merchandise was located near Edelen's purse. Edelen was charged with theft in the 4th degree. Inman was also charged for his offenses.
On November 9, 2017 at 1905 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a stolen vehicle. The complainant reported a red 2007 Ford Escape bearing Alaska license plate EZM586 had been stolen from the Wasilla High School pool parking lot. The vehicle also contained a cell phone and bank cards belonging to the victim. The keys for the car were stolen from inside the pool area. An investigation revealed one of the credit cards had been used nearby at Carrs shortly after the vehicle was stolen. The case remains under investigation.
On November 9, 2017 at 2001 hours, Wasilla Police received a report of a theft. The complainant reported LED light bars had been stolen off of their vehicle while it was parked at the Kendall Ford service department's lot on E. Sun Mountain Avenue. A total of four light bars had been stolen with the loss estimated at $650. There was also extensive damage to the vehicle. The case is currently under investigation.
On November 9, 2017 at 2051 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a single vehicle collision on the on-ramp to the Parks Highway from Seward Meridian Parkway.
On November 9, 2017 at 2042 hours, Wasilla Police responded to the area of Carson Drive and Old Matanuska Road for a single vehicle collision.

On November 17, 2017 AST dispatch received a report of an injury motor vehicle accident. Caller reported two vehicles had collided on the old Glenn Highway. Troopers and EMS arrived on scene to assistance with injuries, process the accident, and provided scene security. One passenger was transported as a precautionary measure. Both vehicles received minor damage and were removed under their own power. Cause of the accident was determined that one driver had fell asleep at the wheel and collided with the vehicle which was turning. Drivers exchanged information and was released on the scene.

Investigation revealed someone had stolen a gumball machine valued at $150 from the entryway of the business. On 11/13/2017 at approximately 1439 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of a Violation of a DVPO near W Shearwater St Wasilla. Investigation revealed Wayne Chulin age 27 of Wasilla sent the petitioner communications after being served a DVPO which forbid contact by direct or indirect means. Wayne was charged with Violation of a Domestic Violation Protection Order and an arrest warrant has been requested.

On 11/12/17, at 1721 hours, Alaska State Troopers stopped a Green Dodge Caravan on Tait Drive for speeding. An investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Lee B. Clifford, 51 yoa of Wasilla, for DUI. Clifford was remanded to MSPT to be released O.R. once sober.

On 11/13/2017, at approximately 0821 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence on Williwaw Way, in Wasilla. During the investigation, Troopers contacted Felicia M. Thomas, age 30, of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Thomas had two outstanding warrants for her arrest on the charges of Theft 3rd Degree and Operating Under the Influence. Thomas was arrested at the scene on the warrants and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where she was remanded on a total of $550 bail.

On 11/13/2017 at approximately 2039 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a 2000 Dodge Neon on Vine Road at Raspberry Loop in Wasilla for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed Baythan Cadiente, age 51 of Anchorage, had a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation on the original charge of MICS 3x3, MICS 4, and False Info. Cadiente was arrested and remanded to the custody of the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

On 11/12/2017, Alaska State Troopers in Wasilla responded to a vehicle in the ditch near the intersection of Agate Ln and Hematite Dr in Wasilla. Troopers contacted Trevor Armstrong, age 23 of Eagle River, near a green 2000 Ford F-150 pickup in the ditch. Investigation reveals Armstrong was driving while intoxicated at the time he entered the ditch. Additionally, Armstrong admitted to striking a utility pole near the intersection of Seldon Road and Wasilla Fishhook Road prior to going in the ditch. Armstrong was arrested on the charge of DUI and later charged with Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test after failing to give a sample of his breath for Datamaster. Armstrong was remanded into Mat Su Pre-trial.

On 11/11/2017 at approximately 1105 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a burglary from a remote residence on the Kashwitna River in the Willow area. An Investigation revealed the property was broken into and numerous tools and household items were stolen along with an articulated dump truck. The residence was also vandalized causing a significant amount of property damage. On 11/11/2017 at approximately 2139 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle collision with a moose at mile 9 of Petersville Road in Trapper Creek. Charles Bucolo, age 19, of Eagle River reported he collided with the moose in his 2016 Ram 1500. Bucolo did not report being injured in the incident. A local charity was contacted to salvage the animal.

On 11/09/2017 at approximately 2208 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a single vehicle collision with a moose at approximately mile 117 of the Parks Highway in Trapper Creek. Sophie Snow, age 31 of North Pole, was driving southbound on the Parks Highway in her 2015 Toyota Highlander when she collided with the moose. Snow was transported to the Mat-Su Regional Medical Center for injuries sustained in the collision. A local charity was contacted to salvage the animal.

On 11/11/2017 at approximately 1803 hours, Alaska State Troopers performed a traffic stop on a Silver 1997 Honda Civic on Palmer-Wasilla Hwy and Parks Hwy. Investigation revealed Kyl Briske, age 24 of Anchorage, had an outstanding AST warrant for Failure to Appear to court on the original charge of Theft 4. Briske was arrested at the scene and was remanded to MSPT with bail set at $500 cash.
