Palmer Police Department

On October 17, 2017 Palmer Police arrested CAMERON A. MCCARTHY, age 19 of Wasilla, on a $2,500 warrant for Failure to Comply with Conditions of Probation on an Original Charge of Theft 2. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

On October 17, 2017, Palmer Police arrested OWEN W. BONE, age 42 of Wasilla, for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. He was remanded to Mat-Su where he was released on his own recognizance.

On October 20, 2017, Palmer Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of W. Evergreen Ave and Glenn Hwy. No injuries were reported.

On October 20, 2017, Palmer Police arrested DEANNA A. T. WALLUK, age 26 of Palmer, on a $50 warrant for Failure to Appear for Change of Plea Hearing on an Original Charge of Failure to Stop At Direction of Officer and a $50.00 warrant for Failure to Appear for a Change of Plea Hearing on an Original Charge of No Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. She was remanded to Mat- Su Pretrial.

On October 20, 2017, Palmer Police arrested JEREMIAH DAVID CAMPBELL, age 37 of Wasilla, on two No Bail warrants for Violating a Domestic Violence Protective Order. CAMPBELL was remanded to Mat Su Pretrial.

On October 21, 2017, Palmer Police arrested ANDRE T. L. PORTERFIELD, age 25 of Palmer, for Driving While Under the Influence. PORTERFIELD was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was released on his own recognizance.

On October 21, 2017, Palmer Police arrested CORY A. HANNON, age 27 of Wasilla, for Misconduct Involving a Weapon IV and Misconduct Involving a Weapon V. HANNON was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was released on his own recognizance.

On October 21, 2017, Palmer Police arrested KIMBERLY RENEE PETERSON, age 55 of Palmer, for Driving Under the Influence. PETERSON was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where she was released on her own recognizance.

On October 21, 2017, Palmer Police arrested JOSEPH THOMAS DANIELS, age 24 of Palmer, on a $500 warrant for Assault. Daniels was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.

Alaska State Troopers

Dispatch Text: On 10/25/17, at approximately 1305 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a shooting at an address on Round Table Dr. in Houston. Investigation determined Cody Glenn, age 20, of Wasilla, shot a family member in the abdomen. The victim was transported via LifeMed to the hospital for life threatening injuries. Cody Glenn was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was held without bail.

Type: Sexual Assault Against A Minor

Dispatch Text: On 10/18/17 at approximately 1952 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to Sutton after Jacob O'dell (17 YOA) called 911 to report he had done something bad. Subsequent investigation revealed Jacob sexually assaulted an 8 year old family member. Jacob was arrested and remanded to the Mat-Su Youth Facility but later transferred to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility as the nature and degree of the criminal offense auto-waived Jacob to adult court. Jacob was held without bail pending arraignment.

Dispatch Text: On 10/24/17, at approximately 2112 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Schrock Rd. and Bull Moose Rd. Investigation revealed that Eric J. Moses, age 40 of Palmer, lost control of his vehicle and went off the roadway caused disabling damage. Moses and his passenger were transported by ambulance to the Mat-Su Regional Medical Center to be treated for their injuries. Alcohol may have a been a factor in the collision and the investigation continues.

Dispatch Text: On 10/24/17, at approximately 2108 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence on E. Scott Road in Palmer for a welfare check. Investigation revealed that Donald R. Aide, age 52 of Palmer, assaulted a family member at the location. Aide was arrested for multiple domestic violence assault charges and transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where we remanded without bail.

Type: REDDI/DUI

Dispatch Text: On 10/24/17, Alaska State Troopers responded to a REDDI report regarding a silver Chrysler car with a possible intoxicated driver. The caller followed the vehicle onto Fairview Loop, where Troopers were able to make contact with the vehicle. Investigation resulted in the driver, Edwin L. Anderson, 30 yoa of Wasilla, being placed under arrest for DUI. Anderson was transported to Mat-Su pretrial where he was later released OR.

Dispatch Text: On 10/24/17, AST received a report of a theft from a residence in Wasilla, A vehicle battery was taken from an RV parked on the property and other items were tampered with but not taken. No evidence or suspects at this time.

Dispatch Text: On 10/24/17, at 1830 hours, AST received a report of 4 studded winter tires being stolen out of the bed of a pickup truck. The owner was not sure where or when the tires were removed from the truck. Investigation continues. The tires were size 265/75 R16 on rims and are valued at approximately $800.

Dispatch Text: On 10/25/17, at approximately 1030 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to an address on Homebuilt Circle in Wasilla for a welfare check. Upon arrival, they discovered a 2017 Ford F150 that had been reported stolen from Anchorage parked nearby. While conducting the welfare check, Troopers located David Gonzales, age 36 of Anchorage, and Misty Domanich, age 27 of Anchorage, hiding under a bed. Investigation determined both Gonzales and Domanich had outstanding felony warrants issued for their arrest. Both were arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial and held on the warrants. The 2017 Ford F150 was recovered and returned to the registered owner. Investigation into the theft of the vehicle is continuing.
