On September 11, 2017, Palmer Police arrested WILLIAM C. JOHNSON, age 33 of Big Lake, on two warrants; Failure to Comply with Probation, original charge of Failure to Stop for Peace Officer with bail set at $5,000 plus a Court Appointed Third Party Custodian. The second warrant was for Failure to Appear for Remand Hearing, original charge of Criminal Mischief 4, bail set at $500 cash/corporate.
On September 12, 2017, Palmer Police investigated the death of a 71-year old female from Palmer. There were no signs of foul play.
On September 14, 2017 Palmer Police Summonsed PATRICK D. BARRIENTE, age 29 of Palmer, for Driving Under the Influence.
On September 15, 2017, a 70-year-old man, of Palmer, reported theft of his belongings from his home.
On September 16, 2017, Palmer Police responded to the Glenn Highway and Arctic Avenue for a vehicle collision.
On September 16, 2017, Palmer Police responded to a report of a non-injury motor vehicle accident in the area of the Glenn Highway near Dogwood Avenue.

On 09/17/2017 at approximately 0215 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a GMC Sierra near the Parks and Glenn Highway interchange for a moving violation. Investigation revealed the driver, Kourtney Yeager, age 25 of Anchorage, was operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol. Yeager was arrested and transported to MATSU pretrial where she booked on charges of DUI and released on her own recognizance once sober.

On 9/21/17 at approximately 0029 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a REDDI vehicle in the area of Palmer Wasilla Hwy and Trunk Rd. Troopers conducted a traffic stop on the REDDI vehicle and investigation revealed the driver, Richard Blackburn, age 30, of Palmer was driving under the influence. He was arrested, transported and remanded to MSPT where his bail was set at OR.

On 9/20/17, at approximately 1947 hours, Troopers with the Palmer Criminal Suppression Unit responded to a residence off Schrock Road on an anonymous tip. Upon arrival, Troopers contacted and arrested Amber Watford, age 30 of Wasilla, on an outstanding arrested warrant for Failure to Comply with Conditions of Probation on an original charge of Robbery 2. Watford was transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and remanded into their custody. Bail was set at $5,000 plus CATP.

On 9/20/17 at approximately 1840 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence on E Edgerton Park Dr in Palmer to conduct a welfare check on an intoxicated female. Investigation revealed the female, Alisa Kincaid age 43 of Palmer, operated her motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol. Kincaid was arrested for DUI Alcohol and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where she was remanded into custody to be released on her own recognizance.

On 9/19/2017, approximately 2025 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence near mile 3.5 Point Mackenzie Road, Wasilla, for a reported disturbance. Investigation revealed 23 yer old Michael R. C. Smith of Wasilla, assaulted one family member and one non-family person while at the residence, causing no physical injury. Smith was arrested at the residence without incident and remanded to MSPT where he was held without bail.
