WASILLA — A 24-year-old Wasilla man is facing several charges after Wasilla Police say he entered a home and sexually assaulted a woman Sunday morning.
According to a post on the Wasilla Police Department Facebook page, Stephan Ivanoff was arrested after a brief foot pursuit through the woods near the residence. The woman said she did not know Ivanoff, who was charged with second-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree assault and first-degree burglary. He was taken to Mat-Su Pretrial and was being held on $50,000 cash bail plus a court approved third party custodian.
