Porchetta Spice Mix
Yields: 1 cup
1/2 cup garlic flakes3 Tbsp dried thyme2½ Tbsp dried rosemary1 Tbsp fennel pollen1 Tbsp ground black pepper2 Tbsp SalterieOne Classic Sea Salt2 Tbsp dried orange zest
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Transfer spice mix to an airtight container to preserve the aromatics and flavors. Use as a rub for grilled or roasted meats or sprinkle on roasted or grilled vegetables.
