ANCHORAGE — The Susitna Valley Rams girls and boys basketball squads were swept by a pair of Southcentral Conference opponents in Anchorage during the weekend.
On Friday, Grace Christian posted a pair of wins over Su Valley. In the early game, the Grizzly girls earned a 49-10 win over the Rams. The Grace boys followed with a 67-23 win over SVHS.
On Saturday, the Anchorage Christian School girls held Su Valley to single digits in a 67-6 win at ACS.
Su Valley managed just two points in each of the first three quarters. Guard Caitlin Hunt scored all six points for the Rams.
In the boys game, ACS earned a 75-33 win over Su Valley.
Marc Bartel led Su Valley with 11 points, while Paxson Matthews and Levi Smith scored six each.
The Rams are scheduled to face Wasilla Lake Christian today in Wasilla.
