Colony junior Audrey Michaelson has been named the Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman Student-Athlete of the Week.
Michaelson continued her stellar junior season with a third-place finish at the Colony Invitational at Colony High School on Saturday. Michaelson posted a time of 18 minutes and 28 seconds.
Last week, Michaelson finished second in the Interior Invitational in Fairbanks. She was only six-tenths of a second behind the winner. Michaelson started the season with a win in the Colony Twilight.
