PALMER — Kenai tested Colony early, but the Knights scored the sweep.
Following a 25-23 win in the first set, Colony rolled to a 3-0 (25-23, 25-14, 25-16) victory over the Kards Thursday evening at Colony High School.
Eve Stephens used 15 kills, four digs and four blocks to help the Knights improve to 6-1 in Northern Lights Conference play. Isabel List added seven kills, 19 assists and 11 digs. Haylee Duguid chipped in six digs and four aces.
The Knights are at Palmer Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. and Colony hosts Soldotna Oct. 14 at 12:30 p.m. in NLC play.
The Kards return to the Valley next week to face Palmer (Oct. 11) and Wasilla (Oct. 12).
